The space was awesome! I loved the comfy king-sized bed and the kitchenette. The only downside was some street noise at night. Highly recommend for a fun stay! 😄

The location is perfect, surrounded by charming tapas bars and just a short walk to Plaza Mayor. The staff, especially Isaac, offered exceptional support, providing great local recommendations. The room had a comfortable bed with modern decor and upmarket toiletries. The kitchenette was a lifesaver, allowing us to prepare meals easily. However, the air conditioning was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep peacefully at times. Despite the late-night noise from the street, we still felt warm and welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel has an excellent connectivity to the metro, making it easy to explore Madrid. Service during check-in was smooth, and I appreciated the airport shuttle option for just 25 EUR. Still, it would have been nicer if the windows could block street noise better.

The patio door was broken during our stay, leaving us feeling a bit exposed. Instructions for the sofa-bed were nonexistent, making its setup a hassle. The air conditioning was subpar, leading to a warm room at night, and there was some confusion with the TV turning on automatically upon entering the room.

Noise disturbances from outside!!! Inconsistent WiFi connectivity!!! Insufficient cleaning services really make a long stay uncomfortable. A simple dish towel or cleaning supplies should be standard!!! So many minor details overlooked can add up!!!

No issues here, it definitely met my expectations. The room had a well-equipped kitchenette that allowed for convenient meal preparation during my stay.

The Superior Double Room was very comfortable for our family stay. We appreciated the kitchen facilities, which allowed us to prepare quick meals and enjoy snacks when needed. The bathroom was clean and spacious, and having a Nespresso machine with a couple of coffee pods was a nice touch. Claudio gave us a warm welcome!
